Vegan Banana Bread

My Vegan Banana Bread is a healthy banana bread recipe. This banana bread is light and moist and doesn’t make you feel dry while eating. This whole wheat banana bread will surprise you with its tenderness and health benefits.

A vegan product does not carry an animal product or by-products. Further, the products must not be tested on animals. Natural, unprocessed plant food falls under the category of a vegan food bucket. The list includes fruits, veggies, seeds, dry fruits, nuts etc. This vegan banana bread recipe follows all the guidelines of a vegan product.

Vegan Banana Bread vs. Whole Wheat Banana Cake

People confused this recipe with a whole wheat banana cake recipe, but there is a fine difference between this vegan banana bread and a banana cake. The batter of a cake is generally a running batter, however, the batter of this bread is a thick one. The consistency of batter changes the thickness, heaviness, and moistness of the end result and puts this recipe into a healthy vegan banana bread recipe.

Rising popularity of Vegan Products

There is a variety of reason for people to look for vegan products. There are people who believe in reducing the cruelty with animals and eliminating the animal products from their diet. This is a step from them to say “No” to cruelty to animals. Following this practice is called Veganism.

A bunch of people, nowadays, have started seeing allergies to dairy products. These folks also try to opt for vegan products as the vegan food is free from all kind of milk, cheese, yogurt etc.

People who have challenges with eating protein are also turning towards vegan products. For people who wants to avoid protein from their diet, their next choice is gluten free products, for example, a Semolina Bread.

Irrespective of the reason, my moist vegan banana bread will cater to the audience who are inclined towards pure vegan products. This easy banana bread recipe is guaranteed to be your best banana bread ever.

    • Thank You Nitasha for your encouragement. This was my first experiment on Vegan bread. I am happy if you liked it. I have my multigrain experiment done and will be sharing Multigrain bread recipe very soon.

  2. Ordinary refined sugar/brown sugar is usually processed with bone char, so it cannot be considered vegan. Any alternatives you would use?
