Dry roast sesame seeds until you get the aroma. It will take maximum 5 minutes on low flame.
Once done take out in a separate plate and let these cool down.
Roast khoya on low flame until it turns light brown in colour.
Once done, let it cool down.
Now in a mixer jar, add sesame seeds, bura, and cardamom powder and grind it to a coarse powder.
Add this powder to roasted khoya and mix well. Add Raisins or your choice of the nut at this stage.
Divide the mixture into small equal portions and make laddoo of it.
I got 24 laddoos out of this quantity but the count totally depends upon the portion size.
Our til bhugga is ready to serve.
